Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Mr. Morrow lived in the Albany area the past 10 years. He was a District Attorney with the Department of Human Resources of Child Support Enforcement. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and a member of Bishopric in Albany. Mr. Morrow was Branch President then later Bishop at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Athens, GA. He was a graduate with his Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah and received his Law Degree from the University of Georgia. Mr. Morrow was also a Soccer Coach.

Survivors include his wife Brenda Morrow of Leesburg; his children John Morrow of Orem, Utah; Kate Morrow, Nicole Morrow, and Claire Morrow all of Leesburg; his parents Leon and Martha Morrow of Bountiful, Utah; a brother Jerry Morrow of Centerville, Utah; a sister Shelley Leavitt of Kaysville, Utah; a brother Michael Morrow of Sandy, Utah.
