Class Reunion Survey (50th!!)

Hi, Classmates! We need your input as part of planning the 50-year Reunion. So, for those of you who are even considering attending, please give us your thoughts and inputs. Thanks in advance!

You must be a member to submit this survey. If you are a member please log in first. You can't submit this form until you've logged in.

1)   How many events would you plan to attend? (If we held a Main Event on one evening, would you also attend a more informal event on the day before or after, like at a park? And maybe a separate event like a golf outing?)

  1--Main Event
  2--Main Event plus Park Outing
3--Main Event plus Park Outing plus Golf(?)

2)   For the Main Event, do you prefer a more formal, sit-down meal where the food is served to you, or a less formal, food-table set-up where you choose what you want to eat?

  More Formal -- Sit-Down Meal
Less Formal -- Food Serving Table

Remember that with a sit-down meal, you may be less likely to mingle because you will tend to be in one place the entire evening. With a food-table, you may have more opportunities to see additional classmates.

3)   For the Main Event, what is the right price point per person, recognizing that this is our one and only 50th Reunion!

  $30 per person
  $40 per person
  $50 per person

Some classmates may opt out of attending if the price is too high, but we want it to be a nice event. What do you think is the right sweet spot?

4)   Do you favor having any activities that lend to more mingling and mixing? (Such as: Find someone with a birthday in the same month, Move to a new table every 30 minutes, etc.)

  Yes--Help Me Mingle
No--I'll mingle as much as I want to on my own

5)   At the Main Event, how loud or soft should the music be?

  1--Soft all evening
  2--Medium all evening
  3--Loud all evening
4--Softer for the first couple hours, then louder toward the end

6)   If we have a second event, at a park, how structured or unstructured should it be?

1--Completely Unstructured, just visiting, maybe provide water
2--Some Structure, include pizza and drinks ($10 per person?)
3--More Structured, catered lunch and some 'program' to bring people together ($15-$20 per person?)

Only provide feedback here if you would plan to attend such an event if held.
